ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Jerseys: As a general rule for any order that only includes jerseys, it takes us 3 working days to process your order, this implies the time from receipt of your order until it is dispatched. Sometimes this time may vary due to a product being out of stock or depending on your order if it comes with customizations, in this case if your jersey is personalized the order processing time is around 5 days.

Sneakers: Order processing times for sneakers vary depending on how quickly the shipper / supplier sends the item to us for authentication at our QC center.

Once your item has successfully passed the authentication process, you will receive tracking information for your purchase, this process usually takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends or holidays),

DELIVERY DELAY

Once your order is placed it takes us 2 to 3 days to process your order, then comes the shipping time which is 7 to 21 days. As a general rule, your package will be delivered to you within 12 days.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver worldwide and as soon as possible, we offer an International Delivery service to allow you to receive your orders very quickly and safely anywhere in the world. For each order a tracking number will be sent to you to follow exactly the progress of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched, you have 24 hours maximum to cancel your order.

A cancellation fee of -5% of the total payment (shipping costs included) will be charged for all cancellations before or after passing the 24 hour deadline.

REFUND ORDER NOT REÇUE

If, since the departure date of your package, 31 days have passed without your receiving your order, One Football Pro undertakes to reimburse you in full for your order.
