What are your delivery times?
We offer only one method of delivery, Premium economy shipping. Once your order has been placed, we need 2 to 3 days to process your order, then comes the shipping time, which takes 7 to 21 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide.
Will you issue me a tracking number?
Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order leaves our premises.
A tax to be paid when the package arrives?
No tax will be claimed from you when your package arrives and if this were to happen (very rare case) we undertake to pay this tax for you.
Some products are missing, what to do?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries with two different tracking numbers. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
An item is damaged, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged item. We understand your disappointment and are committed to resolving this issue quickly.

My order is late, what should I do?
